Everything we make at Lo & Sons is designed, engineered and made to the highest quality standards for you to have the best possible experience. 

To back it up, we proudly offer a 1 year warranty on all our products which covers failure in product use due to manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

If your current product is over our warranty period, we encourage you to contact us via email at support@loandsons.com still so that we can work with you to bring your product back to life with our other programs.

  • Products not sold on Lo & Sons or without original order details.
  • Third-Party Marketplaces and Warehouse Sale items
  • Any misuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or repairs, including excessive wear and tear, loss of bag content, use, time, or similar expenses, are not covered.

Submit Claim With Photos

Fill out the form below with some information about your order and the issue you are experiencing. Please ensure photos of the item are clear and well-lit and you can upload multiple images.

We Will Contact You

Once we can review your claim, a team member will reach out to you for any additional information or arrange a replacement within 3-5 business days.

Get Replacement

If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit or send a comparable replacement. Please wait to dispose of the product until we contact you and have resolved your claim.
