For well over a century, International Women's Day has been celebrated worldwide to honor the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. This day also raises awareness about the ongoing fight for gender parity and equality and promotes the goal of ensuring a bright, equal and safe future for women and girls everywhere.
As a female-founded company, supporting programs that build emotional, professional and mental development of girls and our future leaders is near to our hearts and mission. And so in celebration, we’ve decided to support the wonderful organization Girls Inc., an organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold through direct service and advocacy. Their comprehensive approach to whole girl development equips girls to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers and grow up healthy, educated, and independent. These positive outcomes are achieved through mentoring relationships, girls-only safe spaces, and evidence-based programming. Informed by girls and their families, they also advocate for legislation and policies to increase opportunities for all girls.
