Great bag

"I bought this bag about 7 months ago. I got it knowing I had a few upcoming trips I would need it for so I didn't have to carry an extra laptop bag that wouldn't have fit in my purse. It has been great that I use it as my daily purse/work bag. I know the new version has the separate zipper for laptops which is great. I would recommend on the next version of this bag and any other bags, the ribbon for the keys be stronger material. I pulled too hard and the ribbon detached today but luckily I didn't lose my keys."

"I was eyeing this bag for a long time before I finally splurged and it lived up to all my expectations. The materials all feel so high quality. There’s a pocket and organization for everything which most bags are missing. It feels a little smaller than I was thinking it would be - I thought it would be able to be an overnight bag too but I don’t see fitting any more than an extra sweater in it. Otherwise it’s perfect for work and travel."

"Phone slots too small for 2019, laptop slot too small for 13 in Lenovo. Actually the Bag is smaller overall than expected should have sized up. If bag is full pen and cell pockets are hard to get use."

can't decide between the OG and OMG for my 30 year old daughter. purchasing it for travel. her laptop is 13": Hi Mary! Both the OG and the OMG are designed to fit a 13" laptop! The only difference between the OMG & OG is that the OG is slightly larger in dimensions and will be able to hold a bit more. We also have a comparison page on the OG/OMG page beneath the name and description of the product - it shows the bag on women of varying heights, which can be helpful. Frequently Asked Questions

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Fast Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–4 business days) is $25 and available for orders containing three items or fewer.
