For Delivery to the United States

We currently offer complimentary Ground Shipping for all orders of $250 and more (before tax and discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee - only available to US addresses.

When will my order arrive?

Standard orders can take up to 3-10 business days (this does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered. Bulk orders may have a different shipping timeframe which will be communicated when your order is placed. Please note any shipping fees are not refunded if you choose to refund or exchange the item.

Need it sooner? We also offer expedited shipping for qualifying orders quoted directly at checkout (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). International, bulk/corporate, or orders over three items do not qualify for expedited shipping. Please contact support@loandsons.com should there be any concerns with selecting ground service.

For Delivery to International Addresses

Shipping rates and taxes will be calculated based on the delivery address. Please allow up to 16 days for your order to be processed, shipped, and received at your specified destination. We do not offer expedited shipping on international orders at this time.

Expedited Shipping

We currently offer expedited shipping (processing time for the order included) to orders with less than three items. Expedited shipping (if provided in your area) will be quoted directly at checkout, where you can select "Fast (Arrives 3-4 business days): $35"

Please note that we don't ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible, and once the fulfillment process has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made. **We do not offer expedited shipping to International addresses currently**

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the destination address on an order once it is with our shipping carriers. If you need to change the address on an order or arrange for a pick-up instead, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to submit a request.

Can I cancel an order or shipment?

We understand that sometimes you change your mind; however, we can't change or cancel once we've processed your order. Our team is always ready to help you after receiving your order to ensure you get the product that works for you.

Will my items ship separately?

Your items may ship separately depending on the products and your location. You will receive two shipping confirmation emails with two separate tracking numbers if your items are shipped separately. In the case that your items do ship separately, you will only be charged once for shipping.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship orders to the U.S. and territories using UPS, DHL, USPS, and FedEx. For International shipments, we use Passport shipping. Your shipping carrier will be noted when you receive tracking information via email for your purchase.

Currently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders. What is the shipping fee for my location?

Shipping fees depend on multiple factors, like the size of your order and where you are located; for these reasons, we do not have a flat fee for international orders. You will be quoted a shipping fee before you check out on our website.

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping, and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
