Need it sooner? We also offer expedited shipping quoted directly at checkout (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Orders over 3+ do not qualify for expedited shipping, please contact email@example.com should there be any concerns with selecting ground service. Additionally, be sure to add one business day to all expedited shipping estimates, and kindly note we do not ship or process on Saturdays or Sundays.

Fastest (Arrives 2-3 business days): $45
Please note, with our expedited shipping options we DO NOT ship or process on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
To guarantee delivery of your order by December 24th using our Standard Ground shipping, please order by December 11th.
To guarantee your delivery by 12/24 for expedited shipping please order by December 15th using the Fast shipping option and December 16th using the Fastest shipping option.

Can I request to have my package held at a FedEx location?
Our packages do not require a signature to be delivered, however, it is at the discretion of the driver on whether or not they have access to a safe location to leave the package. If you’re worried about not being home when your order is delivered, theft, or simply wish to pick up your package, we can ship your order to a FedEx Location! All you have to do is make the “Shipping Address” the address of your nearest FedEx location.
To make sure your local FedEx accepts Ground and/or Express packages for pickup, you can check directly on FedEx’s website here. Simply enter the address of your nearest FedEx and you can see what services they offer!
Do you offer international shipping?
Thanks for your interest in our line! While we currently do not offer international shipping, please be sure to sign up to our email list to be notified if this option becomes available.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally nor do we offer international returns at this time. Our international customers have also had international shipping success with a third-party shipping forwarder for their purchase such as HopShopGo, Big Apple Buddy, or MyUS.com . Additionally, Parcl.com will select a shipping forwarding service for you depending on your shipping destination.

Can I change the shipping address on an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the destination address on an order once it has begun processing. If you need to change the address on an order that you have placed that has already begun processing or is already shipped, please email us and we’re happy to try and help!
Can I cancel an order or shipment?
Unfortunately, once an order has begun processing or has begun shipping, we cannot cancel the order. However, please email us and we’d be happy to waive the $8 return fee and further assist!
