"I bought this bag about 7 months ago. I got it knowing I had a few upcoming trips I would need it for so I didn't have to carry an extra laptop bag that wouldn't have fit in my purse. It has been great that I use it as my daily purse/work bag. I know the new version has the separate zipper for laptops which is great. I would recommend on the next version of this bag and any other bags, the ribbon for the keys be stronger material. I pulled too hard and the ribbon detached today but luckily I didn't lose my keys."

"I was eyeing this bag for a long time before I finally splurged and it lived up to all my expectations. The materials all feel so high quality. There’s a pocket and organization for everything which most bags are missing. It feels a little smaller than I was thinking it would be - I thought it would be able to be an overnight bag too but I don’t see fitting any more than an extra sweater in it. Does this bag fit under the airline seats?: Hi Pam! Thanks so much for your question and interest in the OG/OMG. These bags do typically fit under most airline seats when laid on their backs so that the can slide under. Like most laptop bags, they cannot stand upright under airline seats. We do suggest that you check with your airlines requirements to be sure and then compare them with measurements available on our "Size and Fit Guide" (link under the colorways on our buy page) just to be sure. Does the shoe pocket for the OMG bag take up space in the larger part of the bag? The OG and OMG bags can fit under most seats of most major airlines though the bag may have to be laid on its side, depending on how it is packed. Will a 15" fit inside the OG & OMG?: Great question! Both the O.M.G. and O.G. are designed to only fit 13" laptops. There are some customers that have placed their 15" laptops in the main compartment of the bags, however, it could be a tight fit! Hope this information helps!

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
