Exterior is a 600D high density water resistant polyester made from recycled plastic bottles.

Water Resistant Zippers

The zippers in the laptop compartment are specially designed to keep rain (and coffee) out of your laptop sleeve.

Comfortable Straps

Straps padded with memory foam for extra comfort and a mesh underside prevents straps from slipping off the shoulders.

Care Instructions

We recommend using a damp cold cloth with water (preferably distilled) to wipe away any excess dirt or residue.

If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with water (preferably distilled) or a mild soap. However, test a small area of the bag with the mild soap first before applying all over just to avoid any damage.

What is the return policy?

During our Black Friday or Cyber Week Sale (11/15/25 - 12/7/25), we're offering an extended returns policy where you can return your product within 45 days upon receiving your order. Normally, for domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. 

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Are any purchases final sale?

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items.” Purchases made during the warehouse sale are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or price matching.
When will I get my order and how much does shipping cost?

US Domestic Shipping

Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered. 

Need it sooner? For a limited time, we’re offering fast shipping (3–4 business days), with rates shown directly at checkout. Please note that fast shipping is not available for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders containing three or more items are not eligible for fast shipping. If you have questions or concerns about shipping options, please contact us at support@loandsons.comand we’ll be happy to help. Kindly allow one additional business day for processing on all fast orders, and note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

International Shipping

Unfortunately at the moment, we're unable to offer international shipping. We hope to be able to offer it again in the near future!

We offer a free one year warranty, which covers product damages/defects.
