Frequently Asked Questions

What is the return policy?

During our Black Friday or Cyber Week Sale (11/15/25 - 12/7/25), we're offering an extended returns policy where you can return your product within 45 days upon receiving your order. Normally, for domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. 

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Are any purchases final sale?

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items.” Purchases made during the warehouse sale are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or price matching.

When will I get my order and how much does shipping cost?

US Domestic Shipping

Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered. 


International Shipping

Unfortunately at the moment, we're unable to offer international shipping. We hope to be able to offer it again in the near future!

Do you have a warranty?

We offer a free one year warranty, which covers product damages/defects. We stand by the quality of all our products so don't worry if your order is beyond the 1 year, we are still here to help! *Please note, L&S order number and customer information must be provided, and third-party purchases are not covered.
