If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with a small amount of water (preferably distilled) apply gently with a soft cloth. However, test a small area of the bag first before applying all over to avoid any damage.

Things to Avoid - Make sure not to expose the leather to too much moisture because this will cause damage to the leather. Do not use any kind of oils, polish, or products containing waxes or silicone, as it may damage the leather. Do not use saddle soap, alcohol, varnish, ammonia-based cleaners (i.e. Windex), or bleach as they may cause serious damage or discoloration. And lastly, do not use baby wipes or any other alkaline cleaners as it may damage the finish of the leather.

Great functional bag

"I've been looking for the perfect small bag that can wrap around the waist, but also look good over the shoulder or cross body. Most of the other bags I have either have a flap on the top (making it awkward to get in them when on the waist) or the zipper is on the same line as the strap hooks and that also makes it hard to get into the bag when it's around the waist. The Waverley was designed with the strap connections on the back which makes it super easy to get into and use when on the waist. I'm just waiting for the black color to become available again so I can buy another one!"

Beautiful purse, but it's starting to deteriorate after a month of use.

"I love how versatile this purse is. It's gorgeous too! I've been using it as my main purse for just a little over a month, mostly as a crossbody bag, but as a clutch and fanny pack when the occasion requires! Sadly the seams of the purse are starting to fray already (I have a photo but I guess I can't include that in the review). The strap seams are very sturdy because they're coated in something; I wish all the seams were constructed like that! I am bummed because I was hoping to use this purse every day for at least a few years, but it looks like it probably won't hold up. Luckily I got it on sale, so I didn't pay full price, but a small purse like this isn't worth the price point if it's not constructed well."

Couldn't wait for my trip

Will an Iphone X Max fit in the waverly?: Hello there! The Waverley's dimensions measure to 8"W x 5.6"H x 2"D and so the iPhone X Max will fit, as long as the the phone has a slim case! Hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions!
Hi, Would a regular sized boarding pass fit? How about sunglasses in a regular Ray-Ban case? Thanks!: Hi there! A typical boarding pass measures at 7" and the overall width of the Waverley is 8", though you may have to maneuver it a little to get the boarding pass inside! For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
