"This is my 2nd bag in the OG style. The first one lasted me 8 years! It's scuffed up, but still works fine -- I just jumped on a sale to freshen up my daily work bag. I appreciate the increased functionality with the OG2 -- the laptop pocket is roomier than the listed dimensions (fits my work HP EliteBook 14-in laptop), and there's an interior stretchy mesh pocket to keep my coffee tumbler from tipping over. All the other features I loved in the OG are still there, too. The OG2 bag feels more structured than the previous version, standing up on its own when empty. Longer (removable) shoulder strap is padded and comfortable. The medium size suits my 5'1" frame without making me feel like I'm carrying a duffel bag to/from work every day. Please never stop making this bag!"

"This bag has a few things going for it, in many ways it’s the perfect personal item on a flight or commute bag for work. If used intendedly with laptop, shoes and notebook, water bottle, etc, the bag becomes incredibly heavy and uncomfortable. It works great when attached to a rolling suitcase, but not on its own. My main complaint though is the zippers, especially to the laptop compartment. I find that zipper and compartment very rigid."

How are you measuring the laptop size for the bag? Is it length or screen size corner to corner?: Great question! We measure laptop sizes diagonally, just like the screen size (corner to corner). If we mention specific height and length dimensions, those are measured straight across. Hope that clears things up!
Does it come with a longer strap so it can be worn crossbody if you wanted to?: Yes, the bag does come with a longer strap, providing the option for crossbody wear. The longer strap is included with the bag to offer versatility in how you choose to wear it.

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
