Fantastic travel bag!

"After reading rave reviews about this bag I decided to buy it to take on an Alaskan cruise. It did not disappoint. It was perfect! Held everything I needed for excursions, shopping etc with the crossbody and shoulder strap. But, could still be made into a cute bag for the evening activities on the ship. I got the black nylon. I even had a little mishap with a chocolate chip cookie and was able to wipe it good as new. It will be my forever travel purse. Guess next one is the leather. For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Fast Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–4 business days) is $25 and available for orders containing three items or fewer.
