"I really love it very much. I’ve actually used it several times already not just for work but for short trips. I love the compartments, the space for almost everything I need and the shoe compartment. However I live in taiwan and I had to wait for almost a month to ask a friend to ship my bag to me because you only ship to addresses in the US. I hope we can order directly from your website to ship internationally. I’m also thinking of getting a backpack and have my eye on the black Melrose. It will be my next Lo and Sons item."

Very nice looking. Beautifully lined

"Very nice looking. Beautifully lined with great handle and long strap. This is my second of the same style. However, the zippers are not as smooth as previous models and I can get all my same items in a work backpack I have, and have more room. The flexibility of more room is important with work travel. Also, it did not come with a “L & S” fob or dust bag as it has before."

"This bad is stiff as a board which severely limits is carrying capacity. The flat straps also aren't designed well to perch on a shoulder, they slip off very easily. Bag can't hold much + it falls off you. Very disappointed with this expensive purchase."

"I spent a lot of time finding a personal item like this bag. This replaced a baggalini one that didn’t have a laptop compartment or bottle holder. I love the styling and the shoulder strap. I’m still unsure about the shoe compartment, but I think I will come to love it. However, the front compartment is awful. If your bag is fully packed, the zipper will destroy your hand trying to get a pen or something else out of it. The main compartment has the same metal zipper, but you can open it wider to get items out. I still like the bag, but I won’t use the front compartment if the main compartment is full."

How are you measuring the laptop size for the bag? Is it length or screen size corner to corner?: Great question! We measure laptop sizes diagonally, just like the screen size (corner to corner). For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
