"got as a new personal item for the plane but was nervous to get the large, which in hindsight definitely could have fit under a front seat as long as it's not stuffed to the brim. Any of the darker colors will show pet hair should you have it around, buyer beware"

There are 2 snaps in the bottom of my bag - what are they for - I can’t seem to find anything to snap them into. I bought the smaller of the 2 travel totes.: It is for the expandable feature of the bag which when you roll up the divider between main and bottom compartment, you can use the snap to hold the divider. You can use this feature when you do not need the separate bottom compartment but would love an extra room for the main compartment.

I love my bag, but a ketchup packet exploded inside. Is it machine washable?: Hi Marci! Sorry to hear about the ketchup but we do have a way to help clean your bag! At this time, our recommended method for cleaning the interior and exterior of the bag would be to spot clean with a cold damp cloth and mild clear detergent. We do recommend to test a small area of the bag with the detergent before applying all over to avoid any potential damage. If the bag has a removable bottom panel at the base, please remove it before cleaning and then let the bag air dry. You can also flip the bag inside out to help air dry the interior. We do not recommend machine washing as customers have experienced shrinkage or "waving" of the material of their bags after machine washing in the past but spot-cleaning with a mild detergent should help! Is the washed canvas shower-proof? I’m often rolling my bag around Manhattan and can’t always avoid my luggage getting rained on, even with taxis and cars. Phone and laptop screens don't necessarily give true color. Can you tell me if the thistle has a purple tint to it? Is there something you can compare the color to that would give me a better idea of the color? Thanks!!: Hi there! The Thistle color is very unique but can be described more as a grey-purple than a true purple or a brown. Personally, I feel it is a smokey purple with grey undertones. Can this bag fit under an airline seat as your personal item?: Great question! The canvas material on the weekender is fairly flexible so if the Deluxe Small is not fully packed, it may fit as a personal carry-on item, though the Deluxe Large will likely have to be placed in the overhead bin. We might recommend the new Catalina Deluxe Tote as it was designed to fit underneath the airline seat and passes as a personal item!

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
