"I love this purse and have it in this ivory color and in black. Just used the ivory on a 2 week vacation and the varying strap sizes were great-- cross body for daytime and a shortened strap for evening. The leather is buttery soft and easy to clean (though I am a little worried the strap may not clean as well). I only wish I could order a longer strap or another of the straps-- I'm tall and the cross body falls a little higher on my hip than I'd prefer. Overall, though, still really happy with this purchase."

"My bag arrived with a hole in the side pocket and incomplete stitching. I immediately sent photos to the support email and have received no response despite following up. I like the look of the bag but shouldn’t have to pay the handling fee to return this one and get a replacement. Based on the customer service, this isn’t worth it in case you get a defective item like mine."

"I took this bag on a recent trip and it did very well. I loved the pocket in front for your phone. However, the straps seemed really casual, it would be great if they can have a more dressy strap so it can go from day to night. Using the current strap limits it to casual use, it would be a lot more useful if there were a more dressy strap for it - you could use it at a fancy restaurant or a show when you travel, no need to bring a more dressy bag."

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Fast Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–4 business days) is $25 and available for orders containing three items or fewer.
