"The compartments are great, plenty spacious but not to many that you loose your stuff. It feels good on my back when it is full and weighted down. I am not sure how I feel about the middle insert yet. It limits the space for bigger items. I do love the way the backpack looks, nice and higher end quality. Mixed materials make it attractive as lighter weight. I bought it for travel but use it for daily laptop work items."

"I just traveled with this bag for a couple of weeks. While I love the features and attention to detail, there are a couple of key items that keep it from being a 5-star bag. The Insert has begun to lose its' structure in the lower compartment section and the upper area tends to stick out into your line of sight into the main top compartment. The overall quality is great. I like the navy fabric but would prefer the bag to be all one fabric vs. the mix of black leather and navy fabric. That's just a personal preference."

Only thing I’d change is if they offered a built in insulated section but my setup works fine. Sophisticated, sleek and professional!"

And I have enjoyed the two separate compartments (one is on the bottom for shoes, and another on top for smaller items). My only complaint is the divider that creates the separate compartments is very bulky and takes up a lot of space. When you remove it, then there are hardly any built in pockets. Seems like for the price, this could have been designed slightly better."
"I commute to NYC from the burbs (drive into Manhattan then take public transportation to my office) and sometimes need to stay overnight. I'm 5-2 with a smaller frame and carrying big bulky bags to work is very cumbersome. In this handy bag I can pack my lunch and dinner and a few other accessories in the top and back compartments (some important papers to read, extra socks, extra eating utensils etc). I can even squeeze my 18 oz Yeti bottle in the size pocket even with 3 square containers of meals which are 7. 6x7. 6x3in already packed into the "shoe" compartment (I added the container dimensions in case anyone is curious). It's a snug fit but I can get it all in. I do carry a small purse with my wallet and keys as they aren't as easily accessible in this bag. I can carry a lot without it looking like I'm carrying a lot! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase."
