Care Instructions

If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with a small amount of water (preferably distilled) apply gently with a soft cloth. However, test a small area of the bag first before applying all over to avoid any damage.

Things to Avoid - Make sure not to expose the leather to too much moisture because this will cause damage to the leather. Do not use any kind of oils, polish, or products containing waxes or silicone, as it may damage the leather. Do not use saddle soap, alcohol, varnish, ammonia-based cleaners (i.e. Windex), or bleach as they may cause serious damage or discoloration. And lastly, do not use baby wipes or any other alkaline cleaners as it may damage the finish of the leather.

"I purchased the Rowledge a few years ago in the smaller size when it was available. I used it for everything and got so many compliments on my bag! But I needed to get the bigger size for work and waited for the Black Friday sale to splurge. Definitely fits my needs for work and I love that I can always take the insert out and give myself more space in the main compartment. It's also such a great bag for traveling as a carry-on and I think the bigger size will suit travel needs even more! Love it!"

I love this backpack.

"I did a lot of research before I selected this one. I wanted security from someone behind me getting my wallet, easy access to my lotion, keys, sunglasses. My favorite feature is the small pocket on the top. I carry my credit card in it so I don’t have to open my backpack to pay for things. The side pockets are great for carrying phone or drink and will hold a 40 oz cup. This bp is well made"

"Beautifully made, unfortunately it did not suit my purpose. Everything about this bag is gorgeous. I love my other Lo & Sons bags and they last forever. Unfortunately, this one was not quite big enough for my needs. The insert seems to take up more room than you'd imagine. But without it, you lose some of the organizational features that make the bag shine. I highly recommend it, just not if you want to carry a laptop, keyboard, lunch, breakfast, and a few other smaller items."

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. US Domestic Shipping

Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.
