"I purchased this after waiting for it to come back it stock. It came nicely packaged, and I liked the overall look and size. Unfortunately, the bag had a pucker in the fabric near the zipper, so I returned it. My return fee was not waived"

"I love the purse itself! It’s big enough to hold a small water bottle, and it has just enough pockets. I gave this 4 stars though because of the strap. Ironically, one of the reasons I wanted this bag was for the cushioned strap, but in reality, it was too thick and stiff. There are very noticeable imprints wherever the metal adjuster sits. The thickness also causes the strap when doubled over (which is inevitable unless you extend it wholly) to not lay flat; it’s hard to explain but it looks like two straps on your chest, not one on top of the other. I ended up buying a patterned third-party polyester strap and like it so much more."
"This bag is the perfect size and weight for travel. I loved everything about it until it got wet and everything inside my bag got wet too. I was so surprised because the fabric seems like it would be waterproof. The description says water repellant but that wasn’t the case. Other than that, it’s been a great bag."
