"I love this bag. As always, I love all the compartments, key lanyard, and the side phone zip. One thing I wish was a bit different is tat the buckle sometimes rubs against my collarbone when I have it in crissbody mode, but I haven't had a lot of time ti mess with the length to see if it will lay differently. Not a deal breaker though."

"I've been eyeing Lo & Sons products for a while. I purchased the Aoyama 2 bag as an early birthday present for myself and to take it on vacation. The bag is big enough to carry enough, but not too much. The strap adjustability and side zipper are winning features. One note, I would have preferred silver or grey (cool colors) hardware instead of gold (warm color). All in all, a great bag!"

"Great size and shape. The nylon looks nice without being fussy. I like the plain straps without the logo. Organization inside is really good -- just enough pockets/features without going overboard (love the side phone pocket). My only real complaints are (1) I'd have preferred lighter weight hardware and/or coated zips, as the zippers jangle a lot, and (2) I don't really like the plastic buckle on my shoulder. It's not quite long enough for me to use as crossbody without the second shorter strap, so if L&S ever sells an extra long one on its own, I will pick it up."
"I love this bag and have been carrying every day. It fits everything I need and looks dainty, but then I can add a notebook or a water bottle on days I need one and those fit too. I've carried it in all configurations. The only thing that would make it better is if the crossbody strap was all one instead of the two put togeter."

"I just received it, and tried on the purse using it the three ways. I am more than happy with it. It is featherweight, the strap is extremely comfortable whether it is crossbody or shoulder. As a clutch it fits my hand perfectly. Sleek looking without being at all flashy. It is going to be my Goldilocks purse - just right. Thoughtful size, weight, pockets, access - everything. I don't think I could be more pleased with a handbag purchase, especially an online purchase. Amazing. Please make it in a khaki or taupe color in nylon."
