Returns
International Returns:
While we strive to provide the best service possible, we regret to inform you that at this time, we cannot accept returns for international orders. We encourage you to carefully review your items before placing an order, and should you have any questions, our dedicated customer support team will be more than happy to assist you. Of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
Domestic U.S. and Territories:
For all returns a $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps us cover shipping and handling costs to continue offering thoughtful designs at the best possible prices. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hangtag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Sale items
Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items”.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is delivered, inspected, and approved we will send you an email that the refund has been processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@loandsons.com.
Shipping
Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 5-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.
One Year Warranty
We offer a free one year warranty, which covers product damages/defects. We stand by the quality of all our products so don't worry if your order is beyond the 1 year -- we are still here to help! *Please note, L&S order number and customer information must be provided, third-party purchases are not covered.
