Materials & Care Instructions

If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with a small amount of water (preferably distilled) apply gently with a soft cloth. However, test a small area of the bag first before applying all over to avoid any damage.

Things to Avoid - Make sure not to expose the leather to too much moisture because this will cause damage to the leather. Do not use any kind of oils, polish, or products containing waxes or silicone, as it may damage the leather. Do not use saddle soap, alcohol, varnish, ammonia-based cleaners (i.e. Windex), or bleach as they may cause serious damage or discoloration. And lastly, do not use baby wipes or any other alkaline cleaners as it may damage the finish of the leather.

"I wear this year round as my main bag that I put into my bigger bags for work or diaper bag, but can wear out on date night and has my wallet, cosmetics, and everything that I need in it. I purchased this to replace my last one that I had for five years and held up very well! Was very excited to purchase a new one. I did shop around and see if I wanted to purchase a competing brand, but this size is perfect for me, I also like that I can wear it cross body or “fanny pack”. "The small Waverly, now discontinued was a more elegant looking bag and great for walking the dog, or going out for an evening event. I thought it would be available for years and I am so disappointed. As someone in the design field , I found it a better-looking bag, easier to wear on the waist, and, as an older person, easierto carry. PLEASE bring it back, in at least, black, or perhaps in black, brown & white. I have the bag in black leather, but although it is good shape, I will soon need another."

Do you plan on releasing a Waverly 3 by the end of August 2024? Or restocking out of stock colors by the end of August 2024? Going on a trip in September and the color I want is out of stock.

Can I change the strap on the Waverly 2 to a guitar strap for that cross body?
Hi Minnie, Thank you for reaching out! The guitar strap is wider and thicker than the original Waverley strap but I guess that will work as long as you are comfy.
How long can the strap be made when using as a crossbody bag?
Hi Annie! Great question. Using the wristlet piece and the long strap at is longest length the strap can go up to 57". Without the wristlet, it can be extended to 41".
What are the dimensions of the interior slip pocket? Are the dimensions the same in the small and large versions?
Hello Amy! The dimensions for the Inner Slip pocket for both the Waverley 2 Small and Large are 16cm (width) / 9cm (depth). Hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions!
Can it be monogrammed ?

What is the return policy?

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. 

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Are any purchases final sale?

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items.” Purchases made during the warehouse sale are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or price matching.
When will I get my order and how much does shipping cost?

US Domestic Shipping

Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered. 

Fast Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–4 business days) is $25 and available for orders containing three items or fewer.


International Shipping

Unfortunately at the moment, we're unable to offer international shipping. We hope to be able to offer it again in the near future!
