Things to Avoid - Make sure not to expose the leather to too much moisture because this will cause damage to the leather. Do not use any kind of oils, polish, or products containing waxes or silicone, as it may damage the leather. Do not use saddle soap, alcohol, varnish, ammonia-based cleaners (i.e. Windex), or bleach as they may cause serious damage or discoloration. And lastly, do not use baby wipes or any other alkaline cleaners as it may damage the finish of the leather.

Hello. I travel a lot to countries with high humidity, which should I pick that would last a bit longer. Thanks!: All of our leathers hold up beautifully, but if you're jet-setting to places with high humidity, I’d definitely recommend going with Saffiano. It’s got that extra thickness and durability that really helps it go the distance. To keep your bag looking fabulous, I’d also suggest treating it with a good leather cream and conditioner every so often. That way it stays in great shape no matter where your travels take you!
Can the exterior pocket hold an iPhone ? 16 Pro: Our Waverley 2 does not have an exterior pocket, but it can certainly fit inside the main compartment!
How durable is the cactus leather? I have two of these in nappa leather and I love it. I'm not sure if I should get the small or large Waverley. I'm a small woman but tend to carry a lot in my bag......and my phone is big. I can only find one size description. what are the 2 sizes and is the small large enough for a big phone?: Great Question! Yes, you're correct, the Nappa leather is a very supple, malleable leather that is meant to be that way but can, in turn, conform to the items held in the bag or, if not properly stored, can start to wave due to the lack of shape. For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.
