Nice purse with stiff straps

"I love the purse itself! It’s big enough to hold a small water bottle, and it has just enough pockets. I gave this 4 stars though because of the strap. Ironically, one of the reasons I wanted this bag was for the cushioned strap, but in reality, it was too thick and stiff. There are very noticeable imprints wherever the metal adjuster sits. The thickness also causes the strap when doubled over (which is inevitable unless you extend it wholly) to not lay flat; it’s hard to explain but it looks like two straps on your chest, not one on top of the other. I ended up buying a patterned third-party polyester strap and like it so much more."

Love this bag but not waterproof

"This bag is the perfect size and weight for travel. I loved everything about it until it got wet and everything inside my bag got wet too. I was so surprised because the fabric seems like it would be waterproof. The description says water repellant but that wasn’t the case. Other than that, it’s been a great bag."

"I have a Nouvelle in black nylon and decided to purchase this one in Ivory for the summer. I find the Nouvelle perfect for shopping because of the light weight, size, ease of use and external pocket. The crossbody leaves my hands free for shopping and the zippered external pocket means I don't even think about losing small items. All the materials are high quality and I get a lot of compliments on it. Its perfect in my mind!"

"I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect purse for what I needed and this fit the bill! The size is great - fits my Kindle Paperwhite in case that is important to you! I also love going to see shows and this purse also passed for fitting a Playbill! I appreciate that the top zipper can zip from either side. The quality if wonderful and the internal storage has been great. My phone fits in one side pocket and I love that it has a card holder so if I want more space I can ditch my wallet. Does this fit a kindle: Thank you for your interest in our Nouvelle! However, your Kindle might not fit on it due to size differences. We suggest considering our Pearl for a better fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.
