Our signature medallion has a nappa leather strap and the tag is lightweight, gold-plated nickel-free. The front of the tag has our signature hummingbird and the back L&S stands for Lo & Sons but it's also a nod to our "light and smart" philosophy.
Some of you loved our branded medallion; some of you could do without it. To minimize waste, we now sell it separately for those who like a little flair.

- Nappa Leather
- Nappa is a natural grain leather that is known for its smooth texture and soft feel. Since it's a less rigid material, it allows the bag to slightly adapt its shape to the items it holds. Our Nappa is lightweight and treated with a scratch and water resistant coating for added protection.
- Water & Wipe
- We recommend using a damp cold cloth with water (preferably distilled) to wipe away any excess dirt or residue.
- Spot Clean
- If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with water (preferably distilled) or a mild soap. However, test a small area with mild soap first before applying all over just to avoid any damage.

Free Ground Shipping for all orders $50 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $50 will be charged $7.95 for ground shipping - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-7 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.
Need it sooner? We also offer expedited shipping quoted directly at checkout (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Orders of 3+ do not qualify for expedited shipping, please contact email@example.com should there be any concerns with selecting ground service. Additionally, be sure to add one business day to all expedited shipping estimates, and kindly note we do not ship or process on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Free Returns
- We offer "Free Returns" on any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A prepaid shipping return label will generate after initiating your return. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hangtag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Additionally please send back the products with a printed copy of your order receipt or packing slip.
- To exchange item(s), return the original items as per the returns process outline above. Then you will need to place a new order for the same item(s).
- Final Sale Items
- Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as "final sale items".
